Dr. Scholl's® For Her Cozy Cushions

Did you know Dr. Scholl's has an entire line of products just for women? Their Cozy Cushion inserts are amazing!! They provide comfort for staying on your feet for long periods of time and they help keep your feet warm and dry! I feel like they would be perfect for your winter boots (not that I get to wear them in Florida though!)

Cozy Cushions have multiple layers- an insulating layer and then TWO layers of dreamy plush for walking on cloud like comfort! The top is also fuzzy, who doesn't love fuzzy? These can be trimmed to fit your shoes, you just need a good pair of sharp scissors.

These are hand washable with lukewarm water and a mild soap, then leave them out to dry. Do not machine wash or dry.

Right now, If you go to their website (http://m.drscholls.com/SpecialOffers/Index
sorry can't do linking on my phone)
You can get $2 off any Dr. Scholl's For Her.
Check out the other savings they have on there as well!

I received this product complimentary from Influenster. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Santa's Wonderland at Bass Pro Shops

Are you lucky enough to have a Bass Pro Shops nearby? We are, right in Festival Bay Mall in Orlando! Now through Christmas Eve, Santa has set up his Wonderland right in the middle of Bass Pro!!

Santa's Wonderland
They have several game & activity stations set up in the store. Most of them are right in the immediate area of Santa, but the ornament decorating is in front of the big fish tank (at least it is in the Orlando location).

The first thing we saw walking into our Bass Pro was the AMAZING Christmas tree! I loved the rustic simplicity of it!!!

The big tree!
Then you smell popcorn, fudge, and cinnamon nuts! The first activity you come upon is Little Man's favorite, the carousal! Lots of outdoorsy animals - bears, deer, polar bear, reindeer, moose!  We rode it twice, and he wanted to go again! (We went again for week two and he went crazy when he saw the carousal! Of course we had to ride it on this trip too!)

The carousal!

There was a slot car race track set up, along with RC trucks, a laser shooting arcade, a duck shooting gallery & a model train! There are even tables to color holiday pictures and write letters to Santa! These are all available store open to close.

Activities
Other fun things include free weekly crafts (while supplies last)!! They do them by the big fish tank Monday-Friday 5-7 pm, Saturday-Sunday noon -5 pm, and Thanksgiving & Christmas Eve from 3-5 pm. We've done the first two, a wooden ornament & a felt penguin ornament. Other crafts are Popsicle stick reindeer ornament (November 25-December 1), stuffed Santa ornament (December 2-8), candy cane owl ornament (December 9-15), reindeer gift bag (December 16-22) & cookie decorating (December 23-24).

Making ornaments

After you finish your craft, head over to Santa's Wonderland, where you can get a free backpack clip (while supplies last) for the first 125 kids to visit each weekday, 5-7 pm. The first two were a Christmas tree & a candy cane, then comes a gingerbread man (November 25-29), Santa's sleigh (December 2-6), a stocking (December 9-13), a snowman (December 16-20) & Santa in a chimney (December 23-24, 24th is 3-5 pm). They are MUCH bigger than I thought they'd be, I was pleasantly surprised! Little Man likes playing with them too!

Backpack clips

The highlight of Santa's Wonderland is, of course, the big man himself Santa! He's got a nice set up with reindeer this year! Santa's times are different than the crafts so be sure to check before you go. You get a free 4x6 picture, with the option of a photo package. Packages start at just $15. Both times we've gone, there hasn't been a wait; but later in the season Santa should get very popular! If Santa'a line gets longer than a 30 min wait, the Bass Pass will allow you to go check out the rest of Santa's Wonderland and Bass Pro and when your time is up, come back to see Santa!

Spooktacular Halloween Fun For Little Ones!

I don't know about you, but I love Halloween! It's such a fun time of year with all the parties going on everywhere!

Last year was little man's first Halloween, but at 6 months he was more cute than anything else. We didn't do too much more than a "costume" and some pictures. This year he's big enough to go and have fun!

I jumped on the opportunity to take him to SeaWorld's Halloween Spooktacular this year! Costumes, candy, dance parties & characters, what fun!!

We really had a great time at SeaWorld's Halloween Spooktacular! Overall it seemed to REALLY be geared towards the little ones, and that was perfect for us. My favorite things- it's included in your regular park admission, it's during regular park hours (ie no late nights!) & lots of activities going on!

Little man's favorite things- bubbles everywhere, the trick or treat trail (where he could hold his bag closed and try to give his candy/snacks back to people), the dance party & characters!

One of the things available at a small addition fee was cookie decorating. He had so much fun playing with his cookie and eating it!

It wasn't very crowded at all while we were there, it was quite nice! Unfortunately this event is only available a few days in the season- just weekends in October, so we were only able to go once. Next year it is definitely on our must do list! Have you been to SeaWorld's Halloween Spooktacular?  What was your favorite part?

Baby Care Center - Epcot

This post is the second in a mini series, there will be four total; one for each theme park. If you have a Disney, Travel, or Mommy blog (or any other kind of blog you think this could fit into) and are interested in using this post and the ones that follow, please contact me!  Part one was Disney's Hollywood Studios. This time we will be exploring Epcot.

Signs to the Baby Care Center.
Epcot's Baby Care Center is located in the Odyssey building next to First Aid. It's about as centrally located as you can get in a park with a lagoon in the middle. Strollers can't come into this Baby Care, but there is parking right outside the doors.

Stroller parking area, right outside.
When you first walk in, there is a little lobby area with a couch, usually occupied by dads or grandparents. There is a short hallway & then you are usually greeted by the Cast Member stationed there.

Little lobby.

To the right is the little play room. There is a TV in there playing Disney Channel or a Disney movie, several chairs for sitting, & some toys for the kids to play with. A minor thing to consider, there is no food allowed in this room.
Play room.

A little further down the hall on the right are full sized adult restrooms. A nice thing to have right there. The hallway ends with the changing room. There are four large, nicely padded changing tables in this room, along with a hand washing sink.

Roomy changing tables.
Continuing back down the hall (as if you were headed to the exit), you have the feeding room/mini gift shop. This room has a few small merchandise displays of Baby Mickey & Minnie plush, rattles, bibs, & onsies. This area has a child sized table and chairs along with high chairs and regular sized chairs for adults.

The feeding room, with merchandise.
The next room is the kitchen & supplies room, very important!! They have filtered water, a microwave, sterilizer, bottle warmer, & a sink. They also carry all those forgot to grab before you left the house/hotel items or things you just run out of. They have bottles, pacifiers, diaper kits, food, sippy cups, formula, juice, sunscreen, sundries & some childrens medicines!
Kitchen/merchandise shop.
Items available for sale.
Last but not least, is the nursing room. Not my favorite of the four parks, but at least it's there! This nursing room, unlike the ones at Disney's Hollywood Studios (and Disney's Animal Kingdom, which I'll cover later) is a public one. Only nursing mothers are allowed in the room, but it still holds 4 at a time. The room is quite large, it has 4 non-padded wooden rocking chairs, each side of the room has a small table between the 2 chairs, outlets all over the room for pumping or charging a cell phone, and there are dimmer lights over each chair. If the room is set up properly by the Cast, the four chairs all face the center of the room. A lot of mothers will turn their chair around to face the wall instead. Most of the time when we've gone in there, we're either the only ones or there is only one other person in there. Only once have I ever gone in (and we go at least once a month) and there been a wait, all 4 chairs occupied and one lady nursing sitting on the floor. That is far from a normal day though!

Door to the nursing room.

Chairs in the nursing room.

Of all four Baby Care Centers, this is our second most visited and our third favorite! Stay tuned for our next installment -Magic Kingdom

Super Target Super Savings!!

Today I finally hit one of my ultimate savings goals- hitting The Dollar Spot at Target on a markdown day!! Usually I hit it a few days after it starts, and it's picked through & hardly anything (good) is left. Today I hit the jackpot on some things I've kept my eye on in hopes of a markdown!

Ok, so this part isn't Dollar Spot, but one top and one bottom were clearance & my husband picked out the rest on sale & he was very proud of himself! All cute stuff Little Man will wear and he needed more clothes in this size anyway!

Retail: $41.00 Paid: $29.95 Saved: $11.05

So the crazy ice cube trays and the little bowls are what I've been keeping my eye on. I have a yet to be disclosed project for the trays. The rest of the stuff is for Little Man. More bowls & fun kitchen tools so he can "cook" with daddy in the kitchen; & story time books!

Retail: $12.00 Paid: $3.60 Saved: $8.40

Everything here is from the pesky non $1 section, they had been $3 each. Some toys for the nieces & nephew to play with outside, some classic books, more cooking stuff for Little Man & a flashlight clip.

Retail: $30.00 Paid: $9.00 Saved: $21.00

The rest is kitcheny stuff for my husband- labels for homemade item and fun ceramic picnic bowls that will be used in some way or another (most likely not as labeled).

Retail: $7.00 Paid: $2.10 Saved: $4.90

Overall totals:
Retail: $90.00 Paid: $44.65 Saved: $45.35 a little over 50% saved!!

If you take out the clothing, it leaves just The Dollar Spot items, which leaves us with:
Retail: $49.00 Paid: $14.70 Saved: $34.30 70% saved!

All in all a great trip to Target!! So check out what your local Dollar Spot has, you never know what you'll find there!

Moms love mombo!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Comfort and Harmony for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.
I have proudly and happily breastfed Baby D since he was born 13 months ago so I was VERY excited to see the email asking if I would like to try out and review the Comfort & Harmony mombo nursing pillow. I really couldn't say yes fast enough!  When the package arrived I was pleasantly surprised to see that we received the Comfort & Harmony mombo Deluxe in Taggies Fashion Monkeys!  The nursery is painted in almost the same light green and it's monkey themed so it matched perfectly! We also loved that it was Taggies. Baby D (ok, mommy too) loves to play with Taggies.
The Comfort & Harmony mombo has a two sided design to it called Firm2Soft.  One side is firm with good support for nursing and the other side is softer, great for tummy time, lounging and helping sit up. Baby D is beyond the tummy time and needing help sitting up, but he sure loves to lounge on the mombo!  He will crawl over to the chair where I normally keep it, he pulls it down and just starts lounging, sometimes with a toy or book, sometimes with his toy remote, it's very cute! It also has a soothing vibration pack inside, we'll turn it on sometimes while he is lounging and he gets an "ahhhhh" look on his face.

You can get your own Comfort & Harmony mombo nursing pillow at Babies R Us!  You can also keep up with Comfort & Harmony on Facebook and Comfort & Harmony on Twitter

**Due to issues with the system, I did not get paid for this post by Social Spark.  I did however receive a mombo nursing pillow review, so I'm posting the review on my own.**

Time to get outside! Spring Forward with Scotts Florida Select Mulch!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Scotts Miracle-Gro for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.
It's the time of year where everyone is getting outside and working on their lawns, gardens and landscaping. Here in Florida, the sooner you start, the better, because it's just going to get hotter and hotter out there! This is where Scotts Florida Select Natural Eucalyptus Mulch comes in!
 photo 6d50af2c-aba7-44e2-b0ed-d3510804d726_zps3aae88a5.jpg
Scotts Florida Select Natural Eucalyptus Mulch is fantastic! Eucalyptus Mulch is a sustainable gardening alternative to Cypress, it is grown in Florida, for Florida! Eucalyptus Mulch is the best option for your landscape because it's sustainable, effective, natural & it's local.
Our first yard task was to re-mulch the shrubs around the front porch. Our gardening supplies included Scotts Nature Scapes mulch in Sierra Red (unfortunately it was not Scotts Florida Select Natural Eucalyptus Mulch as we weren't able to find any in Central Florida. The Nature Scapes is great too though- it comes in several colors and textures, it also has no wood waste!), gloves, pruning sheers, & yard waste bin. My husband trimmed the shrubs, got them all nice and level, weeded under them and then placed the Scotts mulch Nature Scapes Advanced mulch down. It looks great! It's amazing to see what a difference that little bit of work does!
The next project I want to take on is a whiskey barrel garden or two on or near the porch and I can't wait to get my hands on some Scotts Florida Select Natural Eucalyptus Mulch for it!
Or maybe a funky fun garden space...

Do you have any spring/summer garden or outdoor living area plans? If so, please share, I'd love to hear about them!

Olay Fresh Effects!

Recently I was asked if I wanted to try out Olays new fresh Effects line. I was so thrilled to say yes! Based off my email communication, I was expecting a small box of some beauty products to try. Boy was I wrong! Even Cole was excited about the HUGE box that showed up!
The BIG package!

Not only did I get 6 items to try, I got big vanity display too!
Vanity and Fresh Effects line.

My favorite product out of all of them is hard to choose; but if I had to, I would have to say it's the Bead Me Up! exfoliator! You can feel the little microbeads doing their job when using it & my skin felt (& looked) great when I was done.

Bead Me Up!
Next would be the Shine Shine Go Away! along with the Va-Va-Vivid! powered contour cleansing system. Shine Shine Go Away! does exactly what it says it does, no shine when I was done with it! It's thicker & a silvery grey color, kind of like a mask but without the heaviness of a mask. Va-Va-Vivid! is small but powerful. It's little triangle head gets into hard to get spots (the side of your nose!) and the vibrations get the cleanser into a nice lather.

Shine, Shine, Go Away!
Va-Va-Vivid!

I LOVED Long Live Moisture!! It's a silky smooth moisturizing lotion that is fantastic! You just need a little bit and you are good to go!
Long Live Moisture!
I'm not a big make up girl, so the Swipe Out! make up removal wipes didn't get used too much. They did make it a quick and easy process when I tested them though! I did like that they don't leave an oily feeling like some make up removers can do though.

Swipe Out!
My least favorite was the BB Cream! I have heard so many wonderful things about the magic those creams hold- moisturizing, tinted, sunscreen all in one! I will give it those, it was lightly tinted, I felt moisturized (and I will just take their word for the sunscreen), however I felt like it never set. I felt it the entire time I had it on and I had oily spots where I don't normally get them. I personally couldn't wait to take it off, Swipe Off! did a great job of that! After a bad first try, I gave it two more times and still didn't like it.

BB Cream!
Overall, the Olay Fresh Effects line is awesome! I definitely recommend them! I've seen the line in Walmart and they aren't badly priced; and of you're a couponer like me, I've seen some coupons in the Sunday inserts as well!

You can follow Olay online-  Facebook & Twitter @OlayUS!

No nonsense Here

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of No nonsense for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.
Did you know that No nonsense makes colored tights and leggings? Like more than just black, suntan, nude, etc I had no clue! Colors are definitely in right now (and if I pick the right color, it might hide colorful baby food!) No nonsense tights and leggings add a pop of color and fun to an outfit! As a new mom, I don't get out much.  So my outfits tend not to be to much more than jeans and a T-shirt. But a mom can dream right? I got on Polyvore.com and made this fun purple sparkly outfit for a night out! What do you think? What would you wear with a fun colored pair of No nonsense tights or leggings?
Purple party
One of the many great things about No nonsense tights and leggings is that they are available at the grocery store, drug store and mass retail stores!  Another plus?  They don't cost an arm and a leg!  Everyone loves it when things are affordable, so this is a big win in my book!
No nonsense is in the social media world too! You can like No nonsense on Facebook and follow them on twitter @benononsense. I am and you should too :)
No nonsense has partnered with fashion expert Jill Martin! She is the New York Correspondent for for Access Hollywood, and co-author of the New York Times bestselling style guide "I Have Nothing to Wear!"  She can work a closet into amazing, affordable outfits, so she is PERFECT for No nonsense.
