Baby D is here!

I cannot believe it's been four weeks since I was sitting at Celebration Health waiting for Baby D to get here.  Cole Benjamin is here, and he is perfect! I won't go into full details here, but I was induced Friday 4/6 night, and only 16 hours of labor later (only 4 hours of active, and only 45 minutes of pushing) Cole arrived Saturday 4/7.  He was 8lbs 11oz & 21 inches long, and I delivered with no epidural.

My little buddy will be 1 month old on Monday... I just can't get over how quickly the time has passed! He is funny, quirky, and already has his own little personality.  We just love him so much!

Jillie Beanie Designs Contest

Hey everyone!  As most of you know, I have an Esty shop, Jillie Beanie Designs.  I am trying to bring in more business to my shop and earn some income as I am currently on an unpaid maternity leave.  The big thing we are trying to save money for is my best friend's wedding.  She is getting married June 16th, and currently we can only afford for me to go.... problem with that is that we have a newborn, and I definitely can't take him without Kirk.  I would prefer to drive up there, as the baby will need a lot of stuff, plus our stuff, plus my bridesmaid dress & all that, I don't want a ton of luggage to fly with and then have to deal with getting a rental anyway when we get to Iowa.
